Judy Blume's Easy Veggie Egg BakeEasy Veggie Egg Bake 12 eggs Whisk garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a 9” x 13” baking dish prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes at 350° F. Judith Sussman, better known as Judy Blume, was born February 12, 1938, in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She graduated with a B.S. in Education in 1961. After having two children, she took a writing course at NYU. Following years of rejections, she became famous for her 1970 coming-of-age story, Are You There, God? It's Me, Margaret. She has sold more than 85 million books, which have been translated into nearly three dozen languages. She was honored by American Library Association with the Margaret A. Edwards Award for Lifetime Achievement in 1996, and the Library of Congress with its Living Legends Award in 2000. Did you Know?
